inspire is a management development consultancy which was created by Steve Connell in April 2004. The original concept was to create a suite of people development programmes that were written and created by someone who has first hand experience of using them and the credibility and expertise to deliver them.

Over the past two decades Steve has worked with a host of people and organisations across the world, building sales teams, turning around buiness fortunes and creating as well as delivering tailored business and people development programmes.

Steve now concentrates his time and energy primarily on providing business and strategy consultancy, sales management services and one to one retail consultancy for independent retailers.

However, he also continues to develop and deliver the people development programmes that became the backbone of his business for selected clients. His programmes cover a myriad of specialised topics and have evolved over many years and through several iterations.
